Bedford Analysis believes in a firm bedrock of principles. Our vision is to integrate these principles holistically into all of our work. For this reason, we are publishing our 5 core principles.
Our 5 core principles are as follows:​

Be honest: tell the truth to your colleagues and clients. It builds trust, saves time, and leads to better relationships.

Diagnose the problem correctly: think hard, and get to the root of the problem you are trying to solve. The right solution only comes from the right diagnosis of the problem.

Value people (over profit): make your relationships more valuable than company or personal profit. Investing in people, whether colleagues, clients, or interns fresh from graduate school, will always pay off better anyway.

Be clear: do not prioritise jargon over substance. Time, meaning and value is lost in converting language into reality. Make it easy for your colleague or client to understand what you are saying.
